The first sketches is made by hand and give you the first idea to from your head to the paper that describe the proportions of the building and the landscape.
I noticed that the Sketches together with some pictures is a fast way to deliver your imaginations, vision and goal and the request.
To combine architecture, design, fururistic art together with regulations, restrictions and sustanibility Constructions is what i love with my work.
Architecture and design are as important to our well-being as the social treatments and regulations in our countries. It affects how we reflect on our daily lives. It gives us joy and a well-being that raises our hormonal system to a high level.
The hormonal system is affected by the materials in your environment, the air we breathe, how areas are planned and it will affect how you use your energy.

Architecture can integrate a better future, the planning of buildings and the environment can be well prepared and planned for us to be safe and useful.
Sustainability is important for our well-being in so many ways. It is not only about the material in the facade, it is also about planning and knowledge for good and useful construction with good Technology.
Sustainability also encompasses the entire life cycle of the building, including the process of manufacturing the building and the well-being of the occupants in the process.

This villa is for a family based in a small town with active life. They would like a relaxed area with a loot of spaces. The children is teenagers and they wanted to have the possibilities to be social and some privacy.
The loot its on a beautiful place in the Swedish landscape and close to one of our biggest and deepest lake with clear water.
They wanted the house to be Classic to a bit modern and easy to clean. This is the result.

Villa Sigrid is designed with strict design with sustainability way of thinking. the main goal was plus energy house. The soft coulors together with the black detailed interior makes the clean and proper look with the natural feeling.
Material from wood, concrete and steel makes the basic feeling luxury at the same time.

Villa Sigrid
Villa Sigrid is designed to combine 1920 again with our needs and sutanibility material that last long term and without emissions from material that effects us.
The house had a wonderful garden with a lots of trees and we wanted to make the outdoor space to be a relaxing place together with the gareden and poolarea.
The needs for the bigger family opend up to change the whole space and moved the kitechen to the south area so sunshine would fall in to the house from tre different angels.
